Once Planning Permission has been granted we will prepare detailed technical information required in order to submit a Building Regulations Application to Building Control.

This set of information will include more detailed drawings such as sections and assembly details, along with full architectural specifications.

At this stage we will also liaise & coordinate with other consultants such as Structural Engineers or Energy Assessors whose input may be required at this stage. On most projects, this information will allow a Contractor to confidently price the works and accurately build from.

Again, we will complete all forms & paperwork needed for this application and communicate with Building Control who will first of all verify that the information provided meets the Regulations prior to start on site. We will then continue to liaise with Building Control as they inspect the project at various stages throughout the build.
