At this final stage, before works start on site, we can either recommend suitable builders that we have successfully worked with in the past or liaise with builders that you wish to quote for the project.

For larger projects or more complex schemes construction & tender information can be produced for contractors to price against prior to selection. Once a builder has been selected we can also prepare a Contract Document between you & the chosen contractor.
