Stage Four – Planning Application
The sketch design drawings are developed into formal Planning Application drawings.
Planning Applications deal with matters such as size of proposed buildings or works, the types of materials to be used and how the proposal affects neighbouring buildings and the street scene.
A decision on all applications normally takes 12 weeks from registration for the local authority to determine.
A typical Planning Application service will include the production of existing & proposed plans, elevations on CAD, written design and planning statements, completion of all application forms & liaison with the appointed local authority planning officer during the application period.
Once you approve your design solution we will submit the Planning Application to the relevant Planning Authority. We will then liaise with the relevant bodies & manage the entire process for you giving you complete piece of mind.
