Recently submitted a Planning Application for a new home for clients who are hoping to downsize but remain in the area they have lived in for a long time…..so they are relocating to the bottom of their garden.

As the site is on the coast it has fantastic light. The long view towards the sea will be taken advantage of with the frameless wrap-around window at first floor level. The house will go beyond Building Regulations standards & will be a Net Zero Carbon Home.
