This modern intervention & extension is finished in black architectural timber, wrap around glazing & our feature up & over glazed slot window. The warm interior palette of stone, granite & copper sits peacefully alongside the mature leafy greens of the garden.

The crisp lines of the black timber cladding to the exterior are set against the frameless up & over window. Sharp mitered detailing at edges & soffit creates an overall appearance resulting in a meticulously detailed finish.

Internally, natural light pours into the open plan kitchen, dining & living area. In many schemes, downstairs loos & shower rooms are often located in a dark cramped corner or squeezed under the stairs. However, it doesn’t have to be this way. The key, as in much of our work, is to bring in natural light wherever possible. In this case a frameless glass roof light floods in daylight from above.
